The Kaweco Calligraphy Fountain Pen – Black brings expressive, beautiful writing to your everyday carry. Closely following the iconic 1935 Kaweco octagonal design, this lightweight tool is engineered specifically for calligraphy, hand lettering, and distinct daily writing.

Derived from the Greek words kallos (pretty) and graphien (write), this pen is built to record text in an elegant, expressive manner. Crafted from tough yet exceptionally lightweight ABS plastic, it measures a compact 10.7 cm when closed and extends to a perfectly balanced 12.7 cm with the cap posted.

Fitted with a precision German-made steel calligraphy nib, it allows you to create sharp line variation effortlessly. Available with 1.1 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.9 mm and 2.3 mm calligraphy nibs, as well as a Twin Nib option for distinctive lettering. The secure screw-on cap features the signature metal Kaweco logo finial to protect the nib in your pocket.

Supplied with a standard short ink cartridge (Blue) to get you started, it arrives in a standard Kaweco cardboard box. Personalise your setup with slide-on Kaweco Sport clips or convert it for bottled ink using a Kaweco Mini Converter.
