2. Our Delivery Guarantee

We take full responsibility for your order until it is confirmed as delivered by the postal service or courier.

  • Lost or Returned Packages: In the very rare event a package is confirmed as lost or "returned to sender" by the carrier (for reasons other than an incorrect address or a request by the recipient), we will provide a full refund or a reshipment at no extra cost.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or packages returned due to invalid/incomplete details.
  • Transit Limitations: Once a shipment is in transit, we cannot bypass, override, or speed up the carrier’s internal postal processes.

3. Tracking & Delivery Reliability

Every order is fully tracked. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Customs & Reliability: While international postal services are generally very reliable, occasional delays can occur, mostly due to weather conditions or customs processing in the destination country.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, please allow for potential additional transit time.
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: For tight timeframes, we strongly suggest selecting Expedited Shipping.
  • Inquiry Support: While we can initiate formal inquiries for stalled packages, carrier response times vary. For the most immediate updates, we recommend contacting your local postal service directly. Postal protocols typically prioritize the resident recipient, granting you access to real-time internal tracking details that are not available to the sender.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • United States: No additional charges, taxes, or duties apply to your order.
  • Other Countries: Most international orders arrive free of additional charges. In the rare event that customs, duties, or taxes are applied, they are typically minimal. Please note that any such local fees determined by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
