🌍 Worldwide Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We ship globally from our fulfillment hubs in Hong Kong and Taiwan, delivering fine writing instruments and creative tools to our international community.

How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide once thresholds are met:
Rest of the World: FREE over USD 99 (USD8.99 flat rate otherwise).
United States: FREE over USD 150 (USD14.99 flat rate otherwise).
Expedited Shipping: Available globally from USD29.99 – USD39.99.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
Asia: 2–7 business days
Rest of the World: 5–14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days via FedEx/DHL.

Why is shipping to the US different?
Due to US tariffs on inbound parcels, carrier costs have risen significantly. We continue to absorb a large portion of these costs to keep our rates as fair and affordable as possible for our US customers.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
Please check with neighbors, family members, or your building manager first.

For Postal Service: Contact your local post office immediately to request a delivery location verification.
For Couriers: Check the tracking link for a delivery photo or signature. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact the courier company indicated on your tracking page to open a trace.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please email us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for unused items in original packaging. For details, see our full Return and Refund Policy.

Do your products come with a warranty?
As an official authorized dealer, we provide a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty for all Kaweco products. For other brands, we work directly with manufacturers to assist you with any verified defects. (Warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidents, or misuse).

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa. All transactions are securely processed in your preferred local currency.

Is this a gift?
We do not include physical invoices with prices in our parcels. Your receipt is sent digitally to your email, making our packages gift-ready for any destination.

Do you offer wholesale options?
