pen and tool are truly a great experience ,easy to use website and postage is very reasonable ! items arrive well packed too ,i am a big fan after several purchases
The delivery was prompt and the pen arrived safely packaged! The attention and communication from the store was also very reassuring. I loved my shopping experience.
I needed customer service during my purchase and the shop was quick to reply to my question and helped me with my issue.
I have purchased a number of pens and accessories from Pen & Tool, and the experience has been wonderful. I haven't had any issues, which is fantastic!! Packaging has been very good, and shipping time very reasonable given the fact the order is coming from overseas. The prices are very good when compared to other websites. Although supplies and selections can be somewhat limited, you can't beat the pricing! I would highly recommend Pen & Tool when shopping for pens, accessories, etc.
Excellent service and shipping speed. No problems.
International shipping was a bit slow (compared to local or Amazon), but the packaging was great and the price more than justifies having to wait a bit. Overall a great experience!
